Fresh out of advising, konichiwa bitches.
Maaaaan, college is some stressful shit.
In high school we’d just go to the A/V room and the guidance counselor would be like “Okay guys even though you’re 17/18/old enough to do this shit we’re going to go step by step and I’m going to make sure you know what this means because we’re responsible for this and not you :)”
Now it’s just more like “SO NIGGA. WHAT YOU TRYING TO DO WITH YOUR LIFE?”
..okay not really. I’m just over-exaggerating. But still, I wish there was more of a concrete way of knowing what we ACTUALLY had to take before we walked in there. The fuck is an acronym followed by three numbers going to help me with?
The struggle this semester comes mostly from math not exactly being my strongest point..and I don’t know how I’d fare with all this crazy Calculus that’s bound to pop up.. Plus my teacher this year is ass. People in my class agree, past students agree, ratemyprofessor agrees.. She’s just ass.
HOWEVER..my advisor showed me two alternative routes I could take. So I’ll probably be changing my major from Computer Science to Digital Information Design. I only need one math for that, I still get to take mostly the same CSCI classes, and honestly.. It’s probably where I should’ve been in the first place.
