Not sure how I feel about people using religion in relation to the Aurora shooting. The whole “If you got shot, it was God’s doing” logic is all kinds of wonky imo. I understand it’s a way to comfort people (I guess?), but it’s obviously backfiring pretty hard. If you can really look someone straight in the face and go “If they got shot, it was their time to go.” then.. I dunno. Shit’s not cool though.
